1/10th Touring Car & Rules
We run both 17.5 and 21.5 brushless motor classes with Electronic Speed Controllers (ESC) in Blinky mode, clearly identified by a flashing (blinking) light on the Speedo. Budget ESC's with no Blinky mode can also be used at the race directors discretion. The 21.5 class cars will be identified by a green 21.5 sticker in the front windscreen.
Any make of 1/10th scale Touring Car can be used.
Any 1/10th TC Bodyshell can be used, cut out neatly to ensure there are no sharp edges.
Any rubber slick or treaded tyre designed for touring car allowed. No foams.
Only 2s 7.4v or 7.6v hard case batteries can be used, charged to a maximum voltage 8.4v
Weight Limit, minimum 1320g.
Tamiya Trucks & Rules
This class is for running Tamiya TT-01/TT-01e trucks. It is seen as a fun class therefore we are saying to keep the trucks kit standard as they come out of the box with the following changes being allowed:
Speedo - Can either be the kit Tamiya one or the Hobbywing 1060
ESC connectors may be changed to suit battery used
Only Tamiya Torque Tuned (TA54358) or Core RC 21 (CR711) motor may be used, with no modifications or 'cranking' permissible,
Kit standard gearing but a steel 19T pinion may be used

Motor Cooling Fan
Adjustable Steering Turnbuckles

Non-kit hardware including screws and servo saver/horn may be used. Differentials must not be locked - When either wheel is rotated by hand, the opposite wheel must rotate freely in the opposite direction.
The use of any type of traction compound and or tyre warmers are prohibited
No home-made hop-ups or modifications. With the exception of removing a small amount of the chassis webs to fit rectangular Lipo packs. Top deck can be removed or cut down.
Minimum Weight for all Trucks 1500g
We would like to think that all members will stick to the rules without being checked, however random checks will be made at the race directors discretion.
We are open to run any other classes suitable for our track either in with one of the above classes. Or if 4 or more wish to run a separate heat may be arranged.
